just got off the phone with my dad who lives in germany and he told me that we have put a bid of 4 million mark for a cb called jonathan glao tah of hamburg. 18 year old german/ivory coast. just I have never herd of him so will do some googleing. any info would be nice

Bags of potential. Quick, strong, good in the air. Would at the very least be good back-up.

This would be brilliant! Jonathon Tah is one of the brightest talents in Germany, as TD667 said, he is quick, tall (6'4), very strong and extremely mature. I rate him highly alongside Kongolo, both have great futures!

Exceptionally highly rated. Would be a huge coup if Saints could pull that one off. Lots of big clubs sniffing around.

Hmm, not sure. Good signing if it was back up, or to play alongside lovren. Would not trust fonte pairing up with an inexperienced cb.
Listening to warnock talk about saints and even he said he always thought had a mistake in him. If it was for cover or a future fonte appointment then no problem at all lol
