Have seen that Frank De Boer odds have been slashed since this morning from 7/ 1 to 3/ 1 anyone know any news?

{Ed001's Note - he wants to manage in the Prem, so it would make sense. His agency is the same one that Koeman had, that wanted Koeman to stay put with Southampton.}

Would be a good appointment in my opinion but have also read conflicting articles. Knowing our board they will take their time over the decision, and rightly so.

He's turned down Lazio.

As regards to the bookies odds, they are playing the market to see the interest . There is never a good bet but until the odds go well odds on you are almost certainly wasting your money . The Pellegrini thing is once again a bit of stab in the dark journalism based on little or no fact.

Pellegrini wanted by Milan and Lazio want Bielsa.

To be fair, everything is pointing towards Frank De Boer - He wants to manage in the Prem, has apparently turned down the chance to go to Lazio in the last few days and is immediately available - I'm no mathematician, but in this case 2+2 must mean 4! ;-)

Right, so RK former agent wanted him to stay at SFC? That’s very interesting. He changed agents approx. two weeks prior to the end of the season to one who wanted him to stay at SFC to one who immediately orchestrated a move to Everton. This suggests (strongly) that he had already decided to leave well before the end of the season, and well before making numerous comments about staying and seeing out his contract. Nice.

Oh well, onwards and upwards!

{Ed002's Note - My understanding it was all wrapped up in what would happen at the end of next season and another side. But it has surprised many.}

how about the Belgium manager marc wilmotts ED, done well with the national side, they play good football, last couple of managers have been bit left field, de boer seems a bit easy for us, I don't mind koeman going, I remember Gordon Strachan once said that managers have a 3 year shelf life before things need a shake up.

{Ed002's Note - There is no chance of Wilmotts moving to Southampton.}
