J Rod off to WBA on loan, unsure as to whether it's half a season or season long.

Saints had better replace him with a top quality signing or two, were down to the bare bones with striker's at the moment, letting him go doesn't make sense, so that will be pelle, mane, jayrod, gallegher, and juanme all gone up front and we've brought in Redmond a winger, truly shocking, is Rupert Lowe back in charge because it feels like it.

I doubt he will go on loan, unless like you say we have at least 2 front men coming in.

I suspect he may be allowed to leave right at the end of the Transfer Window, but ONLY (and I will stress that again) only if we've brought in either a replacement that will hit the ground running or a number of signings - Which all of us fans are hoping to see!

Ok, rumourville it maybe, but letting Jay Rod out on loan is ludicrous.
In the PL you need to score goals to survive, I do not see Long or Redmond scoring 15 goals in the PL this season, so who is?
After losing Mane and Pelle, we look light up front, Long is worth his weight in gold, a tireless worker for the team and gets a few goals to boot, but has never been prolific, and Redmond is unproven in this new role.
I get this feeling this is the year we finally succumb to selling our best players yet again and reap what we sow, I hope I am wrong.

It does seem incredibly unlikely. But these reports are saying that the player wants to go as he wants first team football. This would seem unlikely at west brim given that they have berahino. Unless we are in for him and the loan deal is part of that?

It's definitely happening.

Happening as part of berahino purchaset.

That makes a bit more sense, but I can't see that happening either. Possibility but unlikely in my opinion. Hope it is true because loaning out a striker leaving is with only 2 recognised first team strikers is suicide with European football. In fact, if we do get berahino in exchange, I would still like to see another striker come in, 3 isn't enough. We have 3 now.
