You know things are bad when even a rumour site doesn't have any rumours! We don't seem to be linked or bidding on anyone at the moment. With the window closing later are there any potential additions to the squad? We still look very light up front so I would at least expect another striker. Ed's mentioned Remy, is there any truth in this?

We've had nothing rumour wise about expected signings. I know Boufal was signed on Deadline Day last year but we knew that was going to happen.

Everything is just about VVD.

As frustrating as it is for fans I do like the fact the media does not get a lot correct when it comes to Southampton dealings. We do our best to keep things under the radar until the player has signed and I believe that is how all transefers should be conducted. Granted we tend to do our business before transfer deadline day but I have a feeling we may just get one more in. Who would you love to see come in Saintwarlord?

Thats the point Sainty, normally the media gets our signings wrong most of the time and that will simply be due to the fact that we don't spill our guts whenever we are interested in a player.

Depends on which position you would say attacking midfielder I would go for Ziyech and Striker I would still go for Danny Ings.

Both realistic IMO but Ziyech could be a stretch now.

I wouldn't see liverpool doing any business with us unless it involved VVD although I would like Ings, and I think its more importatnt a statement to make by keeping VVD past this current window.
