I'm still not convinced about our defense and keeper, we need a striker too but after winning 4-3, it shows we can score but still defending is a bit dodgy, I'd love us to get Toby Anderwield maybe Fraser Forster and someone like Tello as he does have 8.5m release clause?

That defence had Jos in it so it clearly wasn't going to do too well.

The defence worked well yesterday with the beast and Morgan playing as a holding pair in front. We certainly had better control of the ball in the first half. And jack cork looked handy at right back and callum chambers worked his socks off. Very impressive performance by jos scoring for us as well.

We were poor defensively, conceding 3 through poor defending or defensive errors isn't good enough. We need a CB as we will be punished in the league.

Sorry but how is it a good thing that we gave three goals away at home? We surely don't want a Kevin Keegan era of you score 4 we score 5. We need to shut up shop and I don't think what we have is good enough. Jos and Fox are NOT good enough.

Uhh we made 3 defensive errors which lead to 3 goals sounds more like that start of last season then working well

Don't forget yoshida has played 90mins all pre-season and will be him and Lovren at CB so will take a little bit of time but its only pre-season don't wet yourselves and real sociadad are a champions league team as are shalke and besiktas
