So Saints fan do we play our first team until the end of the season or do we give the kids ago.

I would like to think that all players who may go to the world cup continue to play along side the young ones.

So here goes:

Boruc Clyne Yosida Lovern Shaw
Cork Spider
Lallana
JayRod Lambert Gaston

Cropper Chambers Stephens Targett JWP Reed Gallagher

Strong first team and can rotate the nippers in and out.

Yes tough on Fonte Davis Guly Hoover Wanyama (who just needs to get fit) Kelvin but we need to see what these guys can do. And with very little to play for what a perfect opportunity.

I would definitely like to see Clyne played more for the rest of the season. Chambers has been another revelation but based on last season's showing, Clyne deserves playing time. Much like Shaw he's an exciting player to watch on the break and can deliver great crosses, as proven most recently in the Fulham game. I understand Poch wanting some sort of consistency in team selection, but given how much he emphasises on the wing-back role, when Saints have lost direction in games this season, Clyne could have been the type of player to make a difference in the attacking play. It's a real shame his lack of games has cost him a chance at the World Cup as well.

Still want to be competitive.

Would be tempted to have a bench of youngsters and give them a bit more game time (say, half an hour) rather than a token 5mins each match.

Although Chambers highlights the benefits of giving a young, no namer a good chunk of game time and letting them thrive.
