If poch does go who do you think they have lined up?i see loudrup is stalling going to Spain so maybe him?

I would be deeeeeeliighted to have Michael Laudrup as Southampton manager. If Pochettino does leave for Spurs (apparently, Levy has already given him his locker key! lol) then Laudrup, or someone similar, would be my hope.

Poch would be mad to leave for Spurs, on the basis Levy fires the manager for "only" finishing 4th, 5th or 6th.

But, as there are at least 20 managers worth mentioning or being tipped as our next manager/coach, I won't get too carried away for now.

It is possible we already have a replacement lined up, of course. Like Cortese did when Adkins was booted.

Poch, stay, and finish off the project. Until the Premier League title's won, it ain't over, man!

Take it easy everybody,
Saint Etienne.

{Ed001's Note - Laudrup used to cancel training when it rained you know. There were a lot of problems at Swansea prior to him getting binned by them.}

Gus Poyet for me!
Out thought Mopo twice last season with a lot weaker squad!
Done wonders with Sunderland
Even with some of are top players going this manager could build a great squad! And if he dose come bet he beats spurs home and away next season!

Someone average and cheap who'll paint on a smile as all his best players are sold from beneath him.

Thanks for the insight ed, good to have you back. I was keen until you informed us of that. However I am not personally keen on Lennon.

{Ed007's Note - That's a different Ed, it is Ed002 who has given up commenting.}

Poyet in no way outsmarted Pochettino! Playing 8 players defensively for the entire match and then hoofing it up to two strikers is his only tactic and it completely ruins game!
Pochettino has been praised so highly because he plays attractive, short passing football, bring up the youth. Poyet would be the worst possible manager we could bring in.
