I actually think we need a change of style, we again weren't a million miles away from getting the result. I would shove pelle right up top and have long running like a lunatic for him. I would also now hope koeman realises Maya yoshida is at best a please don't use back up. I also can't help thinking (stupidly I know) but I wonder how the te would look under poch. Seeing Tottenham bringing youth through almost on a weekly. Just wondering if the academy players may have the belief and confidence installed in them to be good enough or after koemans recent scathing is the "famous Southampton academy" actually not all that it seemed?

I said when it happened that Jason Dodd's departure from the youth side was more of a loss than poch going.
