Already the scare mongering are suggesting vvd and ff to follow rk. What's worse is reading the Everton fans tweets. Saying "we will have vvd and forster" "we will take tadic and pelle" like we are just there to be taken from. We are seen as a joke club.

The amount of tweets I've seen from saints fans saying "de Boer can bring half of Ajax's team" "Emery can bring Coke and Llorente" "If we get AVB he can bring Witsel"

Think about it logically, Forster is on a 5 year contract and VVD a 6 year deal, they would cost around 20 mill with out them long contracts, so add them on your looking at 30+ each not a chance Everton can afford. Mane has been banded around from Everton fans, but he didn't really get on with koeman from what I heard so that won't happen. Bertrand maybe the one to worry about it shorter contract but the fact he's been around a few teams, maybe he's found a club to stay at now. Think people need to stop worrying so much.

Reckon Koeman will dump Everton in a year or two once the likes of Arsenal or Barcelona come knocking and then Everton will be shafted. He is just looking after himself and probably doesn't care about any club except Barca. Sorry if it sounds bitter but probably true.

Les is better than you think - got an idea with koemans stalling that He would not sign a contract extension so Les got players to sign long time contracts with the view that if Foeman did leave our prize assets would be safe or at least cost an immense amount of money to buy - let's also hope Southampton have something up their sleeve and spend big in the summer to show Koeman and Everton we are infact a much bigger club and History doesn't matter.

Strawbs748 I agree will you. Having these guys pinned down for long term contracts means that we have the cards in our hands. We would only need to sell them when they are on there last year of their contracts. They can put in a transfer request and we can turn it down. We have done that before.
And please can everyone stop using the phrase "bigger club"
We are the BETTER club.
