Why is no one interested in Moyes. Like he was loyal to Everton for years! Played good football with Everton Aswell! Plus kept Everton in the top half of the league for how long? He will have more financial backing at saints than he did back in the day with Everton. Plus he knows the league so well. I think he'd be a great manager for us. Plus I think he'd stay for a long time so I guess for me he's the best option.

We can do a lot better than Moyes. His negative style of football doesn't fit our profile anyways. He's good for a club who's objective is to retain top flight status or a cash strapped club that wants to sustain stability. If progress is really what the hierarchy at Saints want then surely they have other options in mind.

I think what you are saying is more in terms of is time at United? And cash strapped club that's fighting relegation I don't remember Everton being in bad shape under him and what he did with little to no money as well shows a managers credentials. Don't always judge a manager on how successful they are! Fergy did nothing in his first five years as United manager. And was going to be sacked until he won his first trophy. The thing people seem to not realise is that Moyes is a very good manager that can carry club forward.

Negative style of play? I can certainly say that it isn't he hits teams on the counter which works especially utilising players like mane a long with there pace. I think he'd be the perfect manager to carry us forward. And he's a bloody loyal manager. Name me one manager who stays at a longer than the obvious candidates. Moyes is underrated. I'll put it this way Pep G is regarded as a great manager. Yet his teams have already been in place, yet he couldn't win the champions league with one of the best most well rounded teams in Europe in Bayern.

A really good manager can be and under dog going into a team like big CR at Leicester but look what he has. Moyes is unfairly spoken about by football fans. Who sit and believe they know what they are talking about fact of the matter is what he did at Everton was what got him the United job in the first place don't forget that. And he wasn't given a fair chance at untied and van gaal had same points in the same out if games in both years. So you tell me, where will you find a more loyal, well respect football manager that will stay true to the clubs plans.

You didn't read my comment correctly, I said he fits a team who wants to stay in the league OR one who's cash strapped and looking to get some stability. I did not state whatsoever that Everton were relegation battlers during his tenure there, but it is common fact that they didn't have the spending power then than they do now under Moshri.
I never denied his loyalty or that he's a bad manager, I just don't think he's what the club needs right now. let's be honest here modern football has no place for loyalty. Moyes can lay foundations, yes. But what's the point in that when our club already has foundations laid. He struck me as a play it safe kind of manager, not one for teams that want to move forward. Just like allardyce at west ham. pp.

The question is, do you really think Moyes is the man to take us to the next level? He did take Everton into the Champions League years ago and would have better funds, yet I'm still unsure.
