Suggestions coming out of France that Lille are worried they won't get their valuation for Boufal, who they need to sell in order to progress their own transfer plans.

This maybe one Saints are sitting back on.

Interestingly FC Twente are in need of selling Hakim Ziyech as well, who I believe we have also been linked with. Would fall much nearer to our price range.

Both signing would be the real pipe dream mind!

Boufal is injured now apparently and could be out for a while, so him missing pre-season wouldn't be ideal.

To be fair he's been injured since the start of May. Despite this our links to him have been prevalent this summer, I imagine the club's medical staff would be able to determine the severity and timescale on a return if interest gets serious.
