To be honest I don't know which side i'm on right now because the board has done this for the past couple of seasons and I have not been disappointed yet, but on the other hand whether prices are inflated or not if we absolutley need a player in a certain position then we need to pay what is asked and get that player! There is nothing we could do about the prices being inflated but we just can't sit around and wait for them to decrease and risk the upcoming season.

Understand the frustration but equally I wouldn't say we have any desperate needs if we keep VVD. As nice as it would be to improve, worst thing you can do is spend for he sake of it if there's nothing better we can afford.
