I'm hoping that's not the case because I think cortese was the chairman at the time and he was pretty shrewd I do remember Lowe did it though with the bale sell on, so you never now.

At the time we were in the championship (just promoted) and were financially stable, I expect there would have been a clause. Cortese was no mug.

No! He went for £15m if memory serves. That's £20m profit. 25% is £4m. If he goes for £35m.

I seem to recall 15M to and the transfer was indeed post financial difficulties. No idea if there is a sell on though.
