I think a lot has to do with mentality and style of play. Can you imagine if for one game, right from the off we were told shackles are off high press, intense, quick movement and push hard for a goal very early . I think teams look at us as an easy game. we are to content with ball possession. Think who would you rather be facing right now . I know that as an opposing team is be looking forward to an easy home or away game against saints. No intensity no pressure just too rigid for me. turn up try to play keep ball if the other team score we are stuffed because we don't/ can't/ won't do anything else.

Hi rayzer, I absolutely agree with you just watching Everton and too slow, too predictable, £45m on Sigurdson is looking an absolute joke, and what has happened to Schneiderlin? There is something about Merseyside air, good players turn to sh--, look at Lovren, Schneiderlin, . We need to get back to fortress St Marys and learn from TEAMS like Burnley with a never say die attitude, no big time Charlie's, just hard working professional players giving everything and they play decent football. Jack Cork looking class again. Lots of points to ponder over during the break for our management guys, they need to start earning their big salaries.

Evening vs. I would definitely like to see Sims feature more if he's fit, even play McQueen on the left in front of Bertrand. those types of players may have a bit more desire and drive over Nathan and dusan who's only idea seem to be kick the ball at the opponents legs then stand waiving their arms in frustration. We look flat but settled. which is worrying that for some reason from staff to players they seem to think our performances are good . seems a waste of time sacking puel because it seems more of the same.
