Watching the England game tonight and one name people don't seem to be talking about in transfer market is Jesse Lingard. He could really add something to our team in my opinion, and surely given he barely plays these days he'll need to move on in January or next summer. I think we'd be a good level for him and he shouldn't cost too much.

Thoughts?

Not for me. He is talented granted but we need an out and out goal scorer not another winger.

I disagree. We have good strikers, but they have no service. We don't necessarily need a winger but the biggest thing we lack in my opinion is an attacking midfielder who can link our talented attackers (Gabbi, Redmond, Boufal etc. are all clearly talented) with what is a very good, strong midfield (Romeu and Lemina) . Someone who plays more centrally and can sit in the space between defence and attack and run the show.

Obviously not saying we could sign these players, but we need to find our own version of De Bruyne, Silva, Eriksen etc.
