i think Hughes is a great idea whould love to see Kelvin Davis, Radhi Jaidi or Le Tissier as asistant.

Think all 3 would be a great asset to a manager coming in to save the season then sort everything out in summer Jaidi help with tactical tiss and Kevin can hopefully bring in some belief and passion and tiss experience of fighting for relegation he is Mr Southampton and the players should know that and take note.
