Danny Ings leaving Liverhampton. Apparently cheap money and looking for first team football. Worth a punt as far as I'm concerned.

Well it would be a sort of homecoming considering he was born in Winchester. However, he is no real improvement on any of our current strikers and would only make sense if we got rid of a few of our current ones, which we haven't done, and doesn't seem we are doing yet. I do quite like him though despite his injuries and wouldn't mind him at the club.

Ings is a really good player whose career has been blighted by injury, he plays the no 10 role really well and would be a great addition to the squad. Armstrong will be interesting as he is a goal scoring all action midfield player.
