Anyone else feeling that if we loose to Bournemouth at the weekend that we should be getting rid of MH? We could do with a young energetic manager or someone who loves the club. Maybe promote from within? Jaidi anyone?

I think we need to change sooner rather than later to give the new man enough time to get to know the players and decide what he wants in the transfer window.

I don't think Jaïdi is or ready to manage in the PL, from what I have seen he's been struggling to manage his teams since he came in, but this year he's taken on a better generation - Slattery, Obafemi, Vokins, Ramsay etc. Craig Fleming however seems to have worked well and got a promotion from U18s to U23s assistant, so I'd rate him above anyone.

Yep I agree with both comments there. i'd like to see Jaidi given a chance, he's clearly doing well with the u23s. I feel that Hughes only kept us up because he has a lot of grit, and injected belief into the players. However he does not seem to have any tactical nous, and planning for a whole season, and then individual games, seems way to much for him. I would like to see Gabbiadini start more but also armstrong. The current formation does not really allow them both to start. I like the two striker thing, especially ings, but in order to get armstrong in i'd like to see this:
McCarthy
Cedric Bednarek Vestergaard, Bertrand
Lemina Hojbjerg
Elyounoussi, Armstrong, Redmond
Ings
The problem with this is no second striker, but it would be nice to see more goals from wingers, especially redmond on the form he's in. Also can we please get rid of Long?

BR would like a challenge but I don't think he would be any different than MH honestly. Don't rate either manager. As for replacements Jardim might be interesting or maybe a zidane (even though I think he'd be similar to our past coaching staff at first) .
