Also guys more positive news, Jordy Clasie has handed in a transfer request at Feyenoord today. Was Roko's captain! He looks absolute class and I would rather sign him regardless of whether the crying Morgan stays or goes!

Head coach of Feyenoord now saying Pelle is in England for negotiations with us! Looks like Koeman was true to his word. I for one am now very excited despite our potential losses! COYR!

Sounds good Corky is perfect for the armband. Here we go. BUT . I am not sure he will be playing every game with our midfield options. If he stays has to be Spider , if not Davis but then he might not be an ever present. Let's see who the centre half is going to be , in history they are usually the best bet.

If Pelle signs today or tomorrow will he join the team over in Belgium or have to come and train with Lovren and Osvaldo at Staplewood. Just thought of that and I think probably best he goes shopping or something till the lads get back!
9.) Schnids should have the band. for me he is the most vital component to the way we play. he has been mature in the media about transfer talk, he's come all the way with us and for me would be the first name down on the team sheet.

So with celtic all but out of the champions league now, surely this is fantastic news for us? I see champions league as the only hurdle in securing forster and van dijk. Now that hurdles gone, nothings stopping us from pursuing them further! COYR!

Other more stable clubs will be in for van dijk would you come to club that sells five to ten of its best players
2.) If I was a young cb saints would be my first choice. Garunteed 1st team football in the prem. with Ronald koeman as your manager.

Anymore news on Danny ings? I see Burnley have confirmed jutkiewicz now. I can only presume this is a direct replacement for Ings??

Apparently liverhampton have bid £20 million for Lovren tonight. What do you guys think? Good deal? Personally I think he was the best cb last season in the premiership but £20 million seems like good business to me!

1.) No ofcourse it's not good business! If he were the only one to go then okay it would be a good deal, but if he goes and maybe Shneiderlin too we would have lost 5 of our starting 11, arguably the core of our team, we MUST reject these offers other wise next season will be a struggle at first anyway
2.) I agree with St Sam, put a ridiculously high price tag on the player and stick to it, we have to dig our heels in and attempt to keep some of the team from last year, it's been a s**** summer of players leaving, right when hope was building, anymore changes and we won't have a squad, and when new players do come in, it'll be harder to get consistency.
We've managed to sell early, we also need to buy early and get quality replacements to steady the ship and show intent that we mean to build on last year, which, I don't think we will now.

i'm with you on this Magiccabbage, I just can not believe people still think there is even a slim chance of hernandez considering us, let alone joining! we do need a player in that position of course, but hernandez is out of our reach. surely?

As much as I would love to believe all of this, I just can't. I'll believe it when I see it when the window closes!
I'd love it if Witsel was true, but I just can't see it happening, he is seriously top class, and as ambitious as we are, I think this maybe one step too far! think coutinho, buttner etc. A "bigger" team comes in and heads turn!
I'm gutted we've sold our players, this has all happened before and look where we are now. the fact we're being linked with pelle, tadic, witsel, is amazing!
