Hi, two things. Where & when did Jack Cork say hi wants to leave and should we read anything into no Season Ticket details for next season being released?

First details for season tickets come out around late may don't they? Cork saying he had wanted to leave was from an interview back in January

JC didn't actually say "he wanted to leave". He said that "with first team opportunities being restricted he might have too". Also Poch may be playing him lately but remember despite playing well when he did get his chance Poch dropped Cork straight away for the Fulham away game only to have to drag Big Vic off at half time with the scores at 0-0.
We won the second half three nil!
Poch paid £12m for Vic and has always said the two players can't play together (his opinion) and the club have steadfastly refused to enter into any negotiations over a new contract for JC.
These are facts not rumour. The club doesn't seem to value JC all that highly.
This summer is stick or twist time. With just 12 months remaining on JC's contract the club won't get much of a transfer fee and he can go for nothing next summer. Again facts, not fiction.

Thanks Saintysaintsaint - most other teams have their 'early-birds' out already and for a change we're not waiting to find out what division we'll be in, so I was wondering whether the lack of news (there was a page ad in Saturday's programme said 'news soon') was due to waiting for Poch to sign - re-assuring - or bad financial news & the fact that prices may need to go up when a few Prem teams have 'frozen' their prices for next season. ?

Mauricio Pochettino should put an end to all the rumours and come out and publicly state he is staying at Southampton instead of keeping everyone guessing and playing stupid games holding out for more money! it's unsettling for the players and the fans if he wants to leave hurry up and do so! So the club move forward! It's bad enough with all the rubbish in the media linking all are players to big so called moves away without the manager jumping on the bandwagon?
Sort it out Pochettino!
There's loads of great managers out there looking for jobs!

Why should he come out and deny it? He's done nothing wrong. It's not MoPo holding out for more money, it's the board waiting for the season to finish so we know how much money we have to play with. We owe 27mil, the club need to know what position we're going to finish in, how much money that gets us, how much TV money we get next season, how much we'll make in transfers, how much of the 27mil is going out this season and how much is going in future seasons and how much we can afford to owe on new transfers before we take care things like renewing contracts with a year still left on them. If it was up this season, then worry, but he's still under contract until June 2015, there's no rush, there's no need to worry. It's not his choice to leave anyway and if he does it won't be before the club has a successor lined up.

Firstly, Pochettino won't be leaving Saints Fc, so all you people worrying, don't! Cork and Fonte will both sign new deals and no one will be sold! The fact the Chairman has stated no one will leave unless they want to means a lot more then all this paper talk your fretting over!

Dont be so sure, I also now believe poch will go, simply won't come out now and destabilise side, He won't be able to buy who he wants in summer so unfortunately that's that, facts are the 7 above us will generally always be above us so for the time being 8th would represent our best position

Ed001 thinks Cork will be sold.
Also I heard a rumour from someone high up within the admin side of the club that there are no guarantees at this stage that Poch will be here next season and cited this as one reason why no one is being offered new contracts as they don't know who the manager will be. Could all be fiction of course?
