If Clyne is going to be leaving (looking more and more likely) Why aren't we jumping all over Trippier? Played in the English leagues. Got to be a better option than a foreign target. Spuds will nick him if we don't pull our finger out.

Trippier is massively over-rated. Can't defend to save his life and makes poor decisions going forward. Spurs are welcome to him

Could be a big problem if we buy a defender and he can't defend! Not sure I would buy in this country anyway , anybody that is any good is massively over priced and let's face it there isn't much quality out there , just look at the England team .

The only english RB I'd consider would be either Sam Byram or Joe Gomez as back up for clyne, both have potential but would cost a lot, Cedric Soares looks quality

After looking our new man jaunmi up I am all of a sudden very excited. Scored against real Madrid and Barcelona and got a Spain call up to replace costa.very much like j Hernandez but 22 years old and only 5 mill!. very fast very good finisher and with the head as well . rekon he's going to fit right in bargain!!

Ok, this is purely an idea but signing Pepe Reina from Bayern on loan could be an option as they have signed another goalkeeper from Stuttgart and this makes Reina third choice. Wages could be an issue but could a good signing on loan. Anu thoughts Ed?

So, it was tactical to play two "RBs" who are unlikely to play as RBs at all next season, and a LB who will only be likely to play a few more games next season in this position. Pretty sensible "tactics" Woy, and didn't they work well!? LOL
It's not just about qualifying Woy, it's about building a side for the finals. No, silly me, it's about keeping Man. Utd. and Liverpool happy with an eye to future employment.
3 Saints players in the England WC squad a year ago, where are they now? Utd. and Liverpool-what a co-incidence!
Perhaps Woy should spend more time considering tactics and less time publically undermining his players-this is not the first time.

Gibson barely in his teams squad let alone 11.
Likewise Townsend!
And to play a centre half and then a midfielder over Clyne is an absolute joke.
Henderson, through no fault of his own because he can't play right back, was at fault for the second goal.
Seriously, was that really England's best starting 11?
We will get destroyed by any half decent european team at the moment.
