Ah well. I''m glad that's transfer deadline day over with. As per usual, Redknapp has destroyed another club. How does he get away with it? Anyway, I was just wondering what everyones predictions are for the game tomorrow? Can't wait. I'm saying a 2-0 win.

You know what puzzles me is if Harry does keep QPR up most of the media and TV pundits will praise him almost like a Messiah and even if they went down they would say he had no time blah! blah! blah!. They would not mention the zillions of pounds he wasted of the clubs money by dodgy expensive signings. How does he always pull the wool over everybodys eyes, incredible.

It dosn't bother me at all that we didn't buy anybody in the window, I don't think we needed to panic buy, we are not a panic club run by a panic chairman!-yes we needed CB which we bought who wants to play for saints unlike the guy from Milan-the emergence of Boruc as a class keeper in the last month and the return of Lallana is as good as two new signings, Schneiderlin is on the verge of the French team and Cork's arrival in midfield coincided with the improvement in results, as did Shaw. J Rod is improving and Yoshida in my eye is an unsung hero, he is incredibly quick to react to situations, S Davis also impressed me for the first time this season in the second half against MU.
As for the NA era- he did a superb job and after a break he will come again, but NC didn't get where he is today by making bad decisions, could it be that MP has that rare attribute of actually changing the way the team performs during the match, what a difference in the second half against MU. I have to admit that I can't remember NA's substitutions or the way they played changing for the better during the game. I know Saints will stay up, it dosn't depend on the Wigan game!- we are quite capable of winning against anybody including Man City from now on, so get behind the team and enjoy the rest of the season

Disappointed we didn't get a pacey winger/striker as I feel that is the only thing we are lacking. some pace on the wing especially as de ridder has gone for a month and doesn't seem to be able to cut it. We will stay up comfortably I feel but although the last 2 games we have played well I cannot help but question Cortese decision to sack Adkins. He said it was because of ambition but we haven't signed a pacey winger which shows lack of ambition. It would of been much more of a sensible decision to keep with him till the summer and then say thanks and employ the new guy. WHY NOW CORTESE WHY? because you're a nutter that's why and so far you've been successful

It makes interesting reading looking at all of the false rumours below now. Shame we didn't sign anyone but we have what we have now and its a great first team. Lets hope for no injuries and a swift rise up the table.

This just goes to show that this so called great new manager can attract all the big names. NOT!

one of the reasons they got rid of Nigel.
Rubbish!!

The only people who have suggested Pochettino can attract big names is the media. and the majority of time they're just formulated rumours. People ranting about how the teams around us have managed to bring in players only need to look at the players they've brought in to realise they aren't exactly all world class players with the exception of maybe Remy and Samba for QPR. But that doesn't instantly signal the end for us, our team is a unit and we are getting more impressive every game!
I can't believe we're already two weeks on from Adkins sacking and people are still whining about it. IT'S HAPPENED: deal with it like a supporter should do. Saints are playing fantastically and until results prove otherwise people should remain behind the team 100%!

This transfer window has just been a whole lot of cloak and no dagger. Tad dissappointed, would have liked to see a midfielder or winger to come in and create healthy competition and rotation. Never mind, I believe we still have a good enough squad to stay up. Have a feeling next January will be very busy however!
