Not sure if im the only one but im getting fed up with us being so useless at sealing deals in the transfer window, how can a team agree terms and have a player want to join only to not be able to agree a fee etc Its the wrong way round :S
I just hope we can pull of the signing of the season and bag ramirez this week so he can play in the wigan game. Though there are talks of him waiting for the saints bid and using it as a way of getting bigger clubs to come for him :/
Com on NA sort it out and sign him up!

We've made excellent signings so far. What Ramirez said was totally against our methods unless it was to inspire other signings. We have smashed our transfer record and bid for world class players. They're hard at work but Wont be taken for fools or pay over the odds. Would you prefer Rupert Lowe? Give them a break.

No your not the only me I noticed it the other day buttner said he wanted to move fell out with manager no deal will be done, Phillips apparently agreed terms went public fell out with manager handed in a transfer request which was apparently turned down fell out with the manager and will have to be left alone, ramerez, went public fell out with the manager we may have to be left alone again another target missed. Does my head in {Ed003's Note - Phillips never went public,He was caught out by something he said to Holloway regarding phone calls and B'pool made it public he was tapped up without naming the club involved,this is now being dealt with rather slowly because talks have still been going on after the complaint}

Why are you guy's looking for instant success? Been a Saints fan for 48 years...will be until the day i die, another couple of Weeks - Months - Years even will not be a "Biggy" NC & NA are doing a fantastic job. All of these teams that try to buy success are doomed to unhappiness, true Saints fans will be here come what may. We are going to have a fantastic year, finish 12 -16 and improve again next year.

So now it comes out.
Buttner all set to join Saints a month ago, but he has confirmed he received an e-mail from Man Utd showing interest, so some story is concocted saying a third party wants part of the transfer fee.
"One month ago Manchester United sent an email expressing their interest, but in the last four days it became concrete"
Why lie? Why not just come out and say " I want to play for Man Utd".
I think most Saints fans would have understood.

Think Fox needs replacing. Think it's too early for Shaw to step up straight away but we can't keep Fox in the team just for his Delivery. If we do get Ramirez his Set pieces are superb so I think that could be key in finding a replacement at LB

Fox does not really need replacing. He played well today. The only reason people are digging into him is the one headed error which really anyone could make. I'm concerned over Kelvin Davis. Last season I hit form emulating his style of goalkeeping. This season he just didn't react fast enough to one or two things. His parry's were wild, he was too slow to come out to Tevez. But well done Kelvin on the penalty. Just really hoping he gets back to his last season form.

Pipe down he did alright, bad mistake but that was about it and we were playing man city.

Doing all right isn't going to cut it at this level. Making stupid errors of judgement in heading straight into the danger zone is suicidal. Everybody deserves a second chance but no more than that in this league.
