wont get all the players. realistic signings as their teams are going down. other teams will obv be in for them but still have a reasonable chance.

Also, those who are hoping to get likes of Antonio, Cole, Green, Hooper, Davies, Taylor and Zoko. they are crap because they wouldnt add anything to the team apart age or have no chance of signing.

Couldnt agree more. just because we got promoted doesnt mean lose our heads...some seem to be.

Won't get Van der Viel he is absolute quality.

I think Jarvis will be hard to sign as he is very sought after (England international and all that). But we do need pace in the MR position which I don't think Snodders has (although he would be a great addition creatively speaking). Maybe add a Ince or Phillips from b'pool to that list? And get rid of Hoilett as he will be snapped up by another club better than us as he is going cheap at end of year (contract runs out so compensation fee only).

Dont know why so many people want Green, Davies, Cole...they are so old. we are looking to stay in the premiership and build for the future. Green isnt much better then Davis if at all, Cole is a target man, ie like Lambert.....learn football

Totally agree. I always look at Swansea when looking at how I'd want us to develop in the prem next year. I think they signed one player with previous prem experience. Other than that they kept the backbone of their championship squad. Added to squad through good deals from solid championship players and exploited their European scouting network to get some cheap players/loans. No one old, no big names. Just relatively young, well researched players added to their strong c'ship squad. Simple.

THE SAINTS GO MARCHING IN!! to the premier league...NA with the backing of NC has taken a good team and made it GREAT by winning back to back promotions!well done. The players are to be commended but they will need help to play amongst the big boys!. Proven quality is needed to complement our unproven premier team. NA has created a team spirit and unity that he doesn't want to upset by bringing in too many new players. One new player in each position would be ideal. here is a wish list of what i feel are quality players who will add strength to our squad. Some are extreamly hopeful, some are within our means, but all are great players, and in relegated BPL teams or top championship players.

GK - young back up for Davis (here is a long shot..Lindegaard, cant be happy behind De Gea)

CM - need more speed. I still think he will use Fonte and Hoivelt as his first choice, until proven wrong..

All would be great, one or two more likely, but we can dream right!!
