:O matt le tissier is no longer a one club man.

Former England and Southampton playmaker Matt Le Tissier hopes to make his Guernsey debut on Sunday.

The 44-year-old was born on the island but has not played professionally since 2002.

He will come out of retirement to help the club, who have to play 17 games in a month due to postponements

He'll still be a saint at heart and wish him the best with Guernsey then. Good luck Le Tiss :)

What are people opinions on this signing? its not a rumor or even true.
but if blackburn get relegated, surely jordan rhodes will want to leave. could he be the perfect signing for saints? I think it will be

Believable2 Unbelievable6

I've always liked him, young championship goal scorer, would be a great signing :)

Agree3 Disagree0

Always bangs in 20+ goals in a season in league 1, and now in a team that's in the relegation zone in championship. young, current international, well worth signing for cheap

Agree2 Disagree2

In long term (post Rickie) Rhodes and Rodriguez would form a very good strike force.
I think he'd prob get into double figures in his first prem season.

Agree2 Disagree1

Get him signed, can't see him playing league 1. he's too good for that level.
a top championship player this season, and would be a great addition to saints.

Good win yesterday for the boys, as each week goes by we look more assured of safety! Was a little confused why Adkins was complaining about the refs decisions for our goal and their 'penalty' shout. The goal was a 50/50 ball JRod had every right to compete for it, did it cleanly and scored. The keeper clattered into him, good call by the ref. Then although Jos' challenge was from behind he clearly got around the player and got a good foot on the ball winning the challenge. No controversy at all in my opinion just a manager clutching at straws with his team in trouble. It's a shame Adkins is at Reading as he deserves to be managing in the prem next year! COYR

why why did they put do prado on
today
he is absolutely
useless
why not give a youngster playing
time for a few minutes the game
was won

Believable7 Unbelievable2

I expect this is his last season with us, good player at league 1. Better to think well of him playing at that level than poorly in the Premier. Currently couldn't hit 2 barn doors

Agree3 Disagree1

Or play puncheon? who is class

Agree4 Disagree0

No need for Do Prado any more. Yes he was a real swoop when Cortese pulled off getting him in League 1, we get it, but now we need better quality and I think we will get it in the summer.
