MANE!!!!!

Doesn't seem that long ago that many were writing him off, but he's by far and away Saints' most dangerous attacker - even if his composure is frustratingly erratic.

Bank the points, move on, but it was another rotten display going forwards. Pelle was extremely poor again, the "creativity" from Davis and Ward-Prowse non-existent. Work to do on the training ground for Koeman.

Fingers crossed Matty Targett's just got a concussion. Looked a bad knock.

Just found a nice stat to back up Mane, he has scored 4 goals in his last four starts.

Well it was about time we had a bit of luck. Sadio Mane was absolutely fantastic today and what a goal. If we could actually score god knows where we would be. Not a great game but a great result.

Agreed there Chris, and another worldly save by Forster to keep us in the game. Can't help but think had we won last week we would be within touching distance of second again, however given how other results have gone around us today this has been a very good Saturday. Ideally Hammers win tomorrow to end United's form, Liverpool beat Spurs midweek to end their form, and we beat West Ham to carry on our form once more.
