Just a thought, a player I have been impressed with and wouldn't cost much. Callum McManaman from Wigan, what are your thoughts?
Great player. Would love to sign him. Seems we are looking abroad though despite our previous 'goals'
I has this very thought. Young, bags of potential, he can play on the wing (can he? I think) and could probably be got on the cheap considering wigan are in the championship now.
I think he's out with an injury atm
They quoted someone (can't remember which club it was) 8 million. Great player but I would expect we would have a lot of competition and have to spend a chunk of money
Probably going to Everton with the rest of Wigan's good players.

He is a great player. I seem to remember there was some interest from Liverpool but as stated above he could end up at Everton.
I would love to see him here. Wigan are rebuilding and we have a lot of fringe players who are good at championship level. maybe cash + players deal could be struck.
Probs get him on the cheap if we throw tadders and chappers in.
