Well we were deserved the win today some dodgy refereeing, gives them a penalty for nothing, and then we have one inside the box given only as a free kick, results will come, as long as we maintain this level of performance I can see us turning in some good results very soon, I think we may even be able to beat Liverpool next weekend, 2-1 I think!

Same old Southampton, 'we deserved to win', ref was biased, blah blah blah, get over yourselves, you're just not that good, neither are norwich, both on the way down

Agree2 Disagree13

Both on the way down? Can't see that happening this season. Been very impressed with saints as of late. They have been dominating most games for a while and look like they could compete with the best in the league. The main issue at Norwich was just our strikers failing to put that finishing touch on it, as with QPR and one or two other games recently.

Agree6 Disagree1

Norwich is a very tough place to get anything from. there a stong team at carrow road. so a draw is an excellent result

Agree7 Disagree3

Stevie Wonder can see that we deserved to win that game. Fact is saints have been the better side in every game under MP. QPR we were poor, but we were unlucky. Newcastle away, Fox strikes again. other than that, we have dominated possession and chances.

Agree5 Disagree3

To the person who said we're not that good watch us play and then say it, also never said the ref's are biased although I do think they are towards bigger teams, all I said and most saints fans says is that we have frequently had big decisions go against us.

Agree3 Disagree2

As for being unlucky at Newcastle, did you see the game, Southampton certainly gave a good account of themselves, but you most definatley didn't dominate the game.
Newcastle did get a bit of long overdue luck in that game, but deserved it on the whole.
I actually have close family from Southampton who are massive saints fans, my uncle played for you, and even they agreed Newcastle deserved it.
Anyway, goodluck for the season, your better than most and will stay up.

I think we deserved a point at Newcastle but respect to Toonlol for a constructive comment, giving his name and the team he supports unlike other cowards suddenly trolling on this page, again.

Not the worst result today, a draw is decent given the circumstances. Boruc, Shaw and Yoshida (in the second half) were outstanding. It is looking very worrying at the bottom of the table though. Only 5 of the bottom of the table, 4 from safety and 1 away from Villa. Very worrying indeed. We need a win or two in the next 3 games at least to put us back into safety.

'Very worrying'? I recall many previous seasons in the top flight where it really was very worrying and would have given my right arm to be 4 from safety. Wigan game in hand is Man City away. Need to ensure we are not 'Suarezed' or out-'Foxed' next week but I agree with COYR! above. Stay positive and ROAR the lads on to victory over the scousers.

There isn't many weeks though when QPR play Sunderland and Reading play Villa. We could easily go to Sunderland and Reading and pick up results. As well as results at home we'd be well safe

You could if you are not
unlucky again like you
keep saying how unlucky
you are after every game

could it be you are not good
enough
