Southampton to make a play for Rod Fanni from Olympique de Marseille.
1.) I heard we are after carl dickinson as back up to clyne from watford, I just hope we get better back up on the left for shaw

2.) If management see Fox as part of their plans then we won't be getting a LB simples. We have Targett in the wings and maybe we will see him feature more this season ready to challenege Shaw next year or even by January

Mind getting a right back also allows Clyne to cover left back in times of need too, so, thinking about it, it wouldn't really make sense to buy one right now. You have probably the best young left back in the country, in Shaw, with a potentially better young one in Targett close to breaking through. The more I think about it, the more it makes sense not to buy one, as it means either stifling young player's development or them sitting on the bench most weeks.}
