Kolodziejczak Saints new left back?

Believable12 Unbelievable8

No thanks I'd rather have aremo

Agree7 Disagree12

Who's Aremo?

Agree4 Disagree4

Every time I've seen Kolo play, he's looked very similar to Shaw, he'd be a good buy imo

Agree9 Disagree0

Armero was the Columbian left back at the world cup. looked pretty damn good too. He spent last part of season on loan at Spam I think.

Agree4 Disagree1

Armero*. Colombian full back, perfect replacement for Shaw, quick, quite agile can be very strong , and unlike Shaw, he can play further up the field and even score a few goals. Has had a really good world cup run and would be the perfect next signing for us for next season.

Lovren is actually with the squad in Belgium just seen it on SSN.

Agree6 Disagree1

If the board manage to keep lovren, that would be excellent work. But I'm not sure I want him at saints anymore. A fresh start would be nice.
Kolo looks likely, still in England according to some stories, with saints being top of his list now a ham have pulled out

Agree6 Disagree4

If lovren says sorry I know I would be more than happy to have him back playing for us? What does everyone think?

I know Giingersaint: said get rid and said there was no chance of him coming back!! WRONG!

No different to the Suarez situation last season!

Wouldn't get a better centre half than him but he may have burned too many bridges. Who knows , bet he feels a bit of a plonker and I think Boruc will probably explain why if you know what I mean.

Agree5 Disagree2

He`s burnt his bridges& sunk the lifeboat with most of the fans, Ronald may be more forgiving.

COYS

Agree3 Disagree6

I'd want Lovren to stay. No-one has seen any of those words actually come from his mouth so all of the comments I suspect have been stirred up via media & agents trying to force the move. Obviously he has made some disrespectful remarks somewhere along the line but nothing an apology won't fix.

Agree10 Disagree5

Lovren's been an person, but as others have said an apology and a commitment would fix it for me. I'm guessing players say worse in private so if he decides to stay that's fine with me

Agree6 Disagree2

I would like to see Timothee Kolodziejczak come to Saints, he looks a big strong lad with bags of pace. We do have options in that area but this guy looks the business. West Ham were going to sign him but for some reason pulled out. £5m would secure him & IMO would be a superb addition.

In still have a feeling Ron will try to get Blind if the price is do-able . Young and can play anywhere at the back but mainly LB

Agree3 Disagree2

There is absolutely no way on God's green earth we will get Daley Blind. Come on be realistic. He was one of the world cup's stand out players. He will go to a CL playing club. Simple as that.

Agree1 Disagree1

Trust in Big Ron and the scouting team. Armero or Kolo will on paper do the job. Armero only a bit part player for West Ham, but shone in the world cup.

Agree0 Disagree0

Said this before and ill say it again. If armero was at west hoof last season why was he not starting and why have they not tried to sign him. they are also in for a left back. if he is not good enough for hoof he is not good enough for us.

Agree7 Disagree0

{Ed001's Note - he didn't start because he kept trying to pass the ball short. It really is that simple. He wanted to run with the ball and make short passes, rather than fit into Allardyce's way of playing. Put him in a passing side and he should be fine, though he is a little on the lightweight side.}

Good to hear that because he was class at the WC. I would still prefer kolo there's a lot of hype around this kid.

Frazer Forster is next signing. £8m.

Believable13 Unbelievable12

I hope not. I don't think he's an good enough keeper for the Premier league, if we do sign him I hope I'm proven wrong. but I can't see him being a effective enough player in this league.

I hope so

Agree9 Disagree4

Future England No:1, will knock Hart off his undeserved perch. Watson our new GK coach is also Englands GK coach. Celtic have recently signed Craig Gordon recently. An English signing would be nice.

Agree11 Disagree5

I would'nt mind any one of Forster/Marshall/Ruddy All good keepers. I think it will be Ruddy personally

Agree0 Disagree10

Forster is probably the best english 'keeper around, if he's good enough for the CL, he's good enough for the PL.

Agree8 Disagree4

Forster for me

Agree9 Disagree5

Watson will know how good Forster is and I am sure he will be advising The Koemanator on if he is the one to go after.

Agree5 Disagree2

Excuse me for my lack of know she and laziness to find out for myself, but what's the situation with boruc? Has his contract finished?

Has anybody seen Lovren parking his car at the training camp today and did he park it alongside Osvaldos?? Any spies know anything, rumour has it that Lovren doesn't know what to do now.

Agree3 Disagree2

Saints just tweeted a picture of him getting of the plane in Belgium with the team.

Agree4 Disagree1

Arter boruc for me :)

Agree5 Disagree1

Forster's better than Marshall, IMO. He's a one season wonder.

Younger, with CL experience - I think Forster would be a solid investment.

Boruc is in the last year of his contract and a bit of journeyman these days. It would make sense for Saints to be thinking about the future.
