Ben Foster to saints for 2M as Birmingham's poor financial position has forced him on the transfer list.
We are also in need for a goalkeeper so this would be a good signing.

Hes poor, seen him play 7 times this season, not a great player at all..

Davis is a great keeper, plus ben foster would want first team playing time, so we are interested in top club youngsters

I was chatting to a chelsea fan in the pub, and he was saying hes heard that southampton are intrested in micheal essien who is available on a free from 1st july when his contract is up.. drogba is wanted by juventus for£80k a week, so we have no chance there, also one other has said were looking at jose boswinger (how ever you spell it) anyone heard anything ?

Kalou no
Owen yes
Hargreaves no
And I don't know the other guy

Firstly, this is fantasy. Secondly, to the person above. You'd take Owen but not Kalou!?! I can only presume you were referring to the two players 10 years ago. When Kalou was too young to play and Owen could still make it through training without injuring himself for 4 months? Yeah, I guess thats what you meant....

Tchoyi would be good at saints or kalou

The guy above doesnt know football if he doesnt know bosingwa

Kalou is a quality player, so how come some of you wouldnt sign him ? bosingwa would also be a brilliant player, has pace, skill and can also attact from right back {Ed001's Note - have you actually watched either play? They are terrible, especially Bosingwa, he is awful.}

But in a southampton team, they would be good .

Boswinga is certainly not awful! He's not the best in the world but awful? No way. A decent enough right back. Certainly do a job for saints but if imagine another champs league team will sign him. Psg Malaga. That type

I think that Bosingwa was very much the weak link in Chelseas side last season, I don't rate him highly at all, he is no where near Champions League standard, however Southampton aren't a Champions League team, so I would think he would be OK. However his wages would be a major stumbling block and I like Richardson
