We've been linked to Abdulrahman, 22, play for Al-Ain, anyone know much about him? I know he's highly rated as he had a trial with City but anymore?

He was linked with Barcelona a while back but nothing came out of it. From then on he has been monitored by many top clubs in Europe.

His playing style is very similar to that of Lallana's, high work rate and a preference for quick short passes and large involvement build-up play. He tends to look for assists rather than goals but so far this season he has scored twice in 6 games.

He looks quality, would fit our style perfectly. Apparently city and barce had trouble getting a work permit for him, that was a couple of years ago but it'll probably be the same for us unless anything's changed

Are you implying that Saints will be signing Toon players? If so, who?

Honestly, I'm not sure who we'd want from Newcastle, aside from Remy and Collocini. Remy is reportedly going back to France (on loan from QPR anyway), and Collocini has been trying to move back to Argentina for a while now.

Think he is suggesting, if Newcastle lost, we would know almost certainly what position we are finishing in, and therefore how much income we will get for that position.

Has a very sensible head on his shoulders for an 18 yr old could of been forgiven due to the season he has had that he bought into the hype surrounding him and thought only about the £££££££££££'s

I've been told that MoPo's contract includes a "year extension" clause for achieving top 8 finishes in league.

Thought I'd share as seems to explain more than a few things at the moment.
