I know that there is always the chance it is a technical glitch, BUT... No Dean Hammond amongst the player profiles on the new Saints Website. Could he be on his way somewhere?

I've found him on the website

He is on the saints player profile.paul.

Hopefully a technical glitch, Why would we sell him anyway, he's the team captain and a good player

He's on it now, even so, wouldn't be overly surprised if he left, we have 3 better CM's than him now in Schneiderlin, Davis, and Cork.

Well, Lee's height is given as 5 foot 12 on the site, so let's not take anything there too seriously yet.

5 foot 12 is 6 foot

I think we've got at least 5 players to be picked in CM better than him, Schneiderlin, Cork, Davis, Lallana (played there a bit anyway) and Ward-Prowse who is very impressive.

I agree Davis Morgan and corky are all head and shoulders over him .... Surely we must cash in on him now because he's not premier league and raise funds for .... Jarvis?? Not heard anything about him for a long time He's what we need !

Jarvis said he wants to stay at Wolves and try to bring them back up to the Premiership. If they stay down or look bad in January then he'll look elsewhere.

He sounds like one of our targets, he plays in Holland, he's in the right position... He could well be signed.

When is NA going to pull his finger out and actually make these signings. we keep getting promised players and so far nothing has been done WE NEED DEFENDERS

If Southampton are looking for a good fb, look no further than Glasgow Rangers Wallace, or Celtics Matthews, two great players and would make it in EPL, ask Steve Davis, Gers/Southampton fan

If he was one of our CURRENT targets why would we be sending scouts?? If scouts are looking at players now surely it must be for the future not for the start of the coming season-otherwise our system is operating a long way behind where it should be. The areas where we need cover now should have been scouted at least three months ago.

I would say I'm not sure bout the Gers/Celtic takers. I mean we've taken one from Rangers I think we should stop their even though we gave compensation. I'm not saying they are not good enough for us but I'd rather take from France/Spain/Holland/Italy cause we might get them cheaper in Europe.

Any Celtic player would cost at least £6m, no matter how rubbish they are......dont know the guy but all Celtic players are worth a small fortune....according to most Celtic fans.

Southampton have placed a bid for derby county youngster mason bennett, it is believed that southampton offered bennett a contract a few weeks ago just days before his 16th birthday. but now hes 16 southampton have to pay a tribunial fee if it was to go ahead.

I heard this couple of weeks ago. has a choice of playing 1st team at derby, or being part of the reserves for a premier leauge team and making his way into the 1st team. good player though
