It's horrible, not buying that. how is that a saints kit, arrrgghhhh

3.) 27 Jun 2013
I don't care what it is like tbh, i'll still buy it and support the team, i'd only EVER refuse to buy a kit if they changed it to blue, just saying. I don't mind red/white or just red, people need to move on, just like the club has in recent years

Sooooo! You hate and refuse to buy a kit you haven't seen yet!

Personally my favourite kits from the past didn't have stripes. Xerox kit, sash kit, all red with hire shoulders draper tools kit 1985-87, all red kit 1980 to 85 when we had our highest ever league finish.

Hope I'm never in the trenches with some of you lot. Stripes are NOT an integral part of our history. They are simply the most frequent occurring design in our home colours. I personally think a change in shirt design fits the new era. This is just my opinion!

You can't go turning your back on traditions like that^. Southampton are a red and white team. We are turning our backs on our history which includes an FA cup win and a league finish in 2nd.

6.) 27 Jun 2013
If its anything but equal amounts of red and white on the shirt its wrong.

7.) 27 Jun 2013
An FA cup win that we were wearing yellow in I believe? I wasn't born so wouldn't know for sure ;)

8.) 27 Jun 2013
As I said. We were in a red shirt with black shorts the year we finished second in the old first division.

As long as its red and white it'll be alright.

I was there at Wembley 1976 where the roar from the crowd was COME ON YOU YELLOWS!

10.) 28 Jun 2013
When we finished second in 83/84 the shirt was red with a large white panel, Rank Xerox sponsered, and looked great. Unfortunately that same year our away kit was two shades of. BLUE
