Says a lot that a top six club doesn't want him and he's instead moving sideways for more money and not more 'prestige'

Same as the Fonte and Koeman situations, delusions of grandeur, burn their bridges and end up with a sideways move that costs them in the end.

These moves sound like he's more going into for the wage increase. I understand that Everton and Spurs are bigger clubs than Southampton in terms of having a larger fanbase and a more decorated history. But at this current moment in time we're on par with these clubs.

I generally believe Ralph has what it takes to take us to the next level, where he can build a decent squad of players and we can become like Wolves and challenge for Europe.

I always like Pierre, he's always showed a great attitude towards the club to come out in interviews when we've lost games and the fans have been disappointed.
