Its simple. The idea of the game is to score more goals than your opponent.

We won't do that with our current squad.

Why not? The players weren't the problem last year, the style of football and pattern of play was. Too pedestrian and not aggressive enough. If we get at teams and raise the tempo of our build up play we will make/ score more chances and win mote games.

The style of play created us so many chances that we just couldn't bury. Our current team does need improving. Imo we 100% need a new quality CB to partner VVD and a goal scoring midfielder, sigurdsson would be ideal.
