Makes good sense but is very scary as it maybe to late to get the right manager once Reed is replaced.

Thing is with mh. is it him or is the club? Would any manager coming in be held back by the same restraints so until there's some clarity about back room issues I don't thonk it matters who the manager is.

Agree guys. The two failings are most likely to occur if Saints take too long to replace LR and then MH, or if they sack and replace MH before a new DOF is brought in. Its vital that the club employs the right people to match their vision for the club, the long term strategy and I think they need the DOF to help them determine what that vision and strategy is. If they hire poorly, they could end up forcing unsuitable people to adapt and it will fall apart.
