Haven't posted for a while but just going to put it out there that I don't think a change of manager is what we need (yet) . Our team isn't that good. We are weak in a lot of places. We lack goalscorer, we have nearly men midfielders and We lack leaders. Our central defenders are just about fit for the championship. We need a few decent signings to get us through this season and then we need an overhall. Then and only then should we look at the managers position.

I agree that the team needs 2 or 3 good quality players in certain positions but who would oversee the purchase of these players? If it's MH we've seen his choices already and they haven't improved the side. Also if we then changed manager would the new manager be expected to work with players that someone else signed or would the board sanction even more signings? By that time we could already have been relegated of course so the amount of managers that we would have to choose from would be vastly reduced. Personally I think now is the time to make a change to give the new incumbent time to assess the players he has at his disposal and to look at possible signings in January.

Lack a goalscorer? Errrm we do have quite a few with the likes of Ings, Austin, Gabbi who all have all shown they can be clinical. However we are currently blessed with a rubbish manager who literally isn't coaching the players right. We also have Gallagher and Obafembi who are long overdue to make a first team appearance. They could be, especially gallagher, the solution to our lack of goals. The defence is our weakness but then when you have Vestergaard sat on the bench it is going to be.

Yep I agree would like too see Hoedt Dropped and Vestergaard starting. Ings and Gabbiadini are actually very good goalscorers and as for the midfield. Lemina and Hojbjerg are brilliant and we have good options off the bench with Romeu, Davis etc. Also Hojbjerg would make a great captain.

With Gunn, Austin, Redmond, Romeu, JWP/ Moi, Targett and Stephens on the bench - genuinely don’t see how this is severely worse off than under Puel - obviously nowhere near the Poch days but still definitely not bottom six material.
