Do we know if saints can appeal Bederneks ref card and if the FA can retrospectively look at Martials blatant cheating or are appeals only allowed for the big clubs, I reiterate my earlier point that VAR was supposed to sort out these incorrect decisions but in reality only makes it worse, previously any referee could make a mistake and us fans would moan but hope that we would get our fair share of the decisions, last night was one of the most one sided refereeing performances that I have witnessed in many years of watching football and this won't improve until the cheats get there just desserts.

{Ed002's Note - Red cards can be appealed.}

From the FA . ‘For the appeal to be successful, you must prove the the referee made an obvious error in sending the player off’

Is looking at a screen for 5 minutes and still thinking it’s a red card, despite Martial trailing a leg deliberately . count As an obvious error . or a deliberate error 🤭.

It was a pretty ridiculous decision as was the offside for your goal. The result wouldn’t have changed but if those decisions had gone against us I would be livid.

Harsh lesson for Jankewitz, you played the whole game with 10 men which was always going to be a major problem.

Let’s hope you can put a run together again, you play football the right way.

Would’ve been a loss but 5/ 6-1 is a lot more dignified playing the whole game with 10 men than another 9-0!
