Wolves game : firstly what a pleasure to watch wolves. Loved the way they move the ball around. Loved the grit and determination from every one of their players.

I'm glad Ralph stuck to his 3 CBs; this makes us much more fluid and much more of a attacking threat. Really surprised he kept Tella at right back, he's not a right back and you could see that from his positional play. Should have played KWP right back. Perraud is finally hitting the form that was the reason we signed him. He would have got up to speed quicker if Ralph hadn't decided KWP was a better left back. So that begs the question, what is he going to do once Tino is fit?

Redmond :what does he have to do to be substituted or not even picked. Adams much better player and contributes more. Or even S. Armstrong. This was not the game to carry anyone and we carried Redmond.

Wolves are good to watch when they’re playing football. Cannot stand Latin American prima donnas diving to ground clutching their faces, surrounding the ref or blocking free kicks. It’s the dark arts of the game we could also do better but it’s just disgusting to watch really and I can’t believe that in this day and age they still get away with it.

With regards our current best team; it’s a bold suggestion but I’d be tempted to go 3-4-3;
Forster; Lyanco, Salisu, Bednarek; KWP, JWP, Diallo, Perraud; Tino, Broja, Adams.

We then have the Armstrongs, Elyounoussi, Tella and Redmond as offensive options, with Romeu, Stephens, Valery as defensive reinforcements.

It won’t happen and we will end up playing a right back at left back of course, but it’s certainly in decent shape and better than we’ve had for a few years.

Agree with most of your comments Rich but would add that Bednarek is a liability and a calamity waiting to happen with his arms often wrapped around everyone who ran past him to negate his sluggishness when caught out of position .Fortunately Lyanco was quick enough to bail him out.Say no more about Forster’s positioning for the second goal.JWP’s free.kick was brilliant.Finally Adam Armstrong maybe could have been brought on earlier with Adams as he threatened Wolves defence more than Broja who was well shackled on the day

After reading several posts regarding Ralph’s tenure many are unanimous in identifying a huge selection problem.Whilst Ralph continues to slowly improve his attractive style of play progress is impeded by the continued selection of players in their wrong positions when the obvious remain on the bench ( maybe he wants to remain liked by all players)?This is a serious problem which ultimately costs us points.So PLEASE SFC Board provide Ralph with a knowledgeable strong character NO 2 with licence re team selection game management substitution advice and coaching skills.These additions would surely put the.team on an upward trajectory ( preferably with Ralph’s approval ).Failure to address this major weakness could result in Ralph’s demise.

You have brought up an area which I consider a huge weakness of Ralph’s, as you do too.
Tella seems to be among his latest favourites. So where shall we play him? Mmm well another favourite Redmond is playing up front, so I’ll play you right back . despite having a superb right back on the bench. Perraud knows seems in favour, but will he keep his spot once Tino is back.
Redmond he plays anywhere and everywhere just go have him in the pitch, even up front out of position, ahead of Adams and A.Armstrong .

Stephens came back from injury straight into the team
Smallbone came back from injury and straight into the team .

We use the goalkeeping coach as what seems our tactician. Rich K is the opponent analyst, watches in real time on a laptop and then advises Ralph .
But Ralph seems to want to be everyone’s favourite, apart from those that stood up to him like Bertrand and Ings . who told him what for
I also think he’s had a falling out with S. Armstrong.

Ralph is learning . but Tella right back with kwp on bench? Bizarre
