Where is the urgency fullback and goalkeeper miles from where they should be in commitment.

I would like to know who our coaches are, to run a solid disciplined side I would of thought that we would have had an individual coach for defence, midfield and forward line who can guide the manager prior and during the game and give influence to tactical change and substitutions. Correct me if I am wrong but we do not seem to have that in place, good coaches will always have an insight into change/ substitutions required that will assist the manager and influence the game. The manager has appeared to make some strange substitutions during the course of the season which have appeared to work against us. The game against Crystal Palace was awful in terms of I defending as a solid defence/ midfield unit, if you have not got possession of the ball get goal side of it until you have. I don't like to pick on individuals but some thought that Pied was good, he was going forward but missing sometimes defending (he is a defender first and foremost) . The midfield were all over the place as a unit. I think overall we have quite a good squad that requires two or three additions and some direction/ coaching to move us forward. Like with most sports good results come from employing experienced coaching.

Thought we would beat wba today until I saw the team sheet. Rotation is understanderable in early stages of europa but we are out so should play our best team in the premiership. Forster lacks mobility and needs a good defence in front of him so why Bertrand, fonte and soares missing today needs clarification from the manager. The midfield is fairly set with strong options as long as rom and Davies plays although I would say that holgberg lacks the pace that the premiership requires. Boufal has fantastic talent with the ball but the premiership is fast and furious, he cannot beat the opposing team on his own and if he can't get to grips with this he should be dropped until he does so (pass the ball to a player in a better position) . From what I have seen I could fully understand if Vigil and Tadic are frustrated and wanted to move on. Fonts may not be the best technical player but his defending and passion are second to none and should be rewarded for this. Finally we do need another first class striker with good work rate (not a sulker that some have mentioned.

Can't blame boufal he's r only talent going forward if there were a few others as good he wouldn't get double teamed so much . Never seen a saints team so poorly managed why has the moeny we've made not been ploughed back into decent players . Here's looking forward to 2017 😩.

I just thought Puel's post match interview was disappointing to say the least. 'Unlucky' was not a word I would use, plus he didn't really explain the rotaional choice today. Think there is a slight over-reaction with all the Puel out stuff though.
