Osvaldo on form once again today against Roma for Juve. Do you think Poch will try bring him back to help try goal scoring spark we need?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Once again? It was his first League goal.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes, once for Juve against Roma, and once for Saints against Man City!

Once again!

Agree0 Disagree0

^Osvaldo got 3 for us, against Palace, Villa and City and 3 for Juve which considering he's started only started 7 games this season, isn't bad

Agree0 Disagree0

St Christopher

hilarious, once again!

but no don't want him back, even with his prolific goal scoring record.

What a fantastic season, never thought at the start of the year it would be this good! Obviously we all worry about the future and Poch says he'll be starting talks tomorrow with the club's new board to outline plans for next season, what worries me is that Poch has talked about how large investments are going to be needed to take the club further, whilst today Krueger talked about a sustainable modal which worries me. Shaw has said he's happy to stay and Lallana has said he wants to continue to grow with the club, but my biggest concern is that if the board aren't willing to invest enough we'll loose Poch, which could signal a lack of ambition to the players who may then want to leave, I hope we can find a sustainable way, perhaps by spending the money from selling Osvaldo mixed with the money from finishing 8th and the TV rights money to pay off the debts and form a decent transfer budget as that would still gives a decent sum, then we would only require a bit of extra investment to progress further next year, if we keep the squad together and bring in 2-3 quality additions I can't see why can't finish top 6, but that's a big IF, I still think everyone will stay as we have a good thing going here it's just Krueger worried me today, but anyway let's enjoy this great season!

Totally agree st sam I think the situation could go either way hold on to key players reinforce certern positions push on and progress or take a huge step back and possibly crumble.

If poch is even thinking about going to spurs, go because the club was here before and will be when he's left. Looks to me like he's hedging his bets

Agree0 Disagree0

If there are going to be changes at st Mary's the good thing is its at the end of season the club can regroup and look forward to another good 2014-15 year.

So the Sunday express has claimed this could be MP last game in charge and the mail on Sunday claim lallana will complete his move this week I don't know about the rest of you but the papers are really p***ing me off right now

Believable0 Unbelievable0

They've been driving me mental for a while now. But, as much as the papers have always been quite bad, it's especially been developing to this over the last year/2 years. The adoption of tabloid journalism towards internet news without properly reforming the way they present and acquire the news has led to this point. We've also seen mainstream media adapt towards methods like click-baiting. I do think we, in the EPL, have had it the worst in this, bar maybe the United fans and the unbearable saturation of the media their season has had. I won't say where, but I worked at a newspaper organisation for a few years, it's why when I say most of these stories are baseless, it's because I'm more then aware of just how little most journalists go on to write their stories. Just for the record, I did political reporting and that's even worse.

Basically my point is this isn't going to go away unless their is legislative changes in the way we regulate journalism, rather then specifically newspaper or internet regulation. For me one apt solution would be that journalists have to specify whether or not their article is an opinion piece or an information piece, and if they suggest the latter it must be proved to an independent objective panel, and articles must be labelled accordingly.

In short, the papers are p***ing everyone off.

Remember last summer when all the papers said MoPo wouldn't be in charge for this season and we were going to sell our best players?

and in January when they said we were selling everyone?

Agree0 Disagree0

I think now that Lallana is in the England set up, he wants to push himself even more by playing Champions League. I also think that he would love to do this with Saints, so it's up to the Board to convince him that this can happen. Convince him, convince Pochettino that he'll be backed and it's happy days. If they don't, I think he'll go to Liverpool, triple his salary, play Champs League and be adored by the Kop, like he has at Saints. Also, Re the £22m that has to be paid, Osvaldo's transfer should be a large chunk of that.

Well Roy has 1 day left, what are people's thoughts? I have horrible feeling that shaw and lambert will miss out, if walker and jones are out surely Clyne could be in contention after all Roy has said he will only take fit squad, but I think it will revert back to usual boring slow england, Go on Roy have the balls to take luke and start with adam, fingers crossed

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Why are you writing Lambert off? he will make it after smashing a goal or 2 in against Utd! Relax my friend

Agree0 Disagree0

Honestly, I think Lambert, Lallana and Shaw will all go and have a feeling that due to injuries and his great recent performance we could see Clyne go to, which I'd love! Shame Corkey isn't in there, but maybe he'll make Euro in a couple of years

Agree0 Disagree0

After today I reckon every english player in our first 11 have a chance of going
