I believe that we will soon sign a GK (Marshall or Forster) and soon a left back (Kolo or Armero) however I believe we still need more players incase of injury too, but a main player we do need is a winger. Depay is One I like but he has been linked with many "bigger" clubs. Lens has been previously linked but may have lost his touch since he left the eredivisie. Hopefully we can get these signings in pronto and get started with the team because we definitely need at least 5 more players at the minimum and the faster we so, the faster we can work with our new players strengths and finally show that there is life and good football after the exodus of players we have faced.

I still think we should sign witsel and grenier

Would Witsel not be a replacement for Morgan? If so, no news is good news IMO.

I obviously love the club but I don't think Witsel would be attracted to us. The same goes with grenier. However, if we spend big on one player, other stars are also likely to join.

Silly boy Dejan is now in Belgium training with the squad as requested.

Have you heard that Brenda has put in an offer for both the last two year's playing kit. He wants to make all the Saints boys feel at home and try and further entice Lovren and Rodriguez.

I reckon we should sell both sets for £25Million (including the shorts and socks). After all, we are back in stripes now and won't need them.

Mind you last year's kit being similar to the Arses might spark up a bidding war between them. We might get £35 Million!

Or we could tell 'em both now to do one and source their own. After all we're not a selling club are we?

I would have though it a lot easier if Brenda Rogers just became our coach, rather than the drip, drip transfer of our squad to Piddlepool.

I'd like to see Lovren sold. If he didn't make those comments he'd be straight out on social media releasing statements saying they were complete rubbish. I can take players transfer requesting then turning it around and apologizing to the club and fans, but when a player says his head is already at another club, no chance! We could use the £20-£25m (laughing to the bank again) to bring in some experience and also youthful talent. Also heard David Marshall will be a saints player for £6. 5-£7m which would be a great price. Again, just a rumour nothing concrete.

Players and managers have quotes made up all the time, frankly if Koeman has managed to refocus him and bring his head back to Southampton then we may as well keep someone of his quality around.

Perhaps he made these comments during a "relaxed" moment, and now has seen LFC sell their best player (demonstrating a lack of ambition!) and feels a little foolish.

A discussion with RK and his team mates, followed by an apology to the club might sort matters. Time will tell, but the situation is not being helped by the media filling his head with false information. "A bid from LFC is still on the table"? Err, no it isn't. It was rejected, ie. it is in the bin.
