Been away for two weeks and very happy to come back to two new signings, I think both will do well in the prem with us particularly Tadic, I think Pelle is well suited to the prem I just hope he behaves! I'm glad the youngsters have been used and have been particularly impressed with Isgrove and McQueen, I still think a CB and a GK would be good and Caulker and Forster would do nicely IMO and maybe another striker who can play off the main striker too

What is it with all these second rate players we are being linked with? Vardy!? I mean, come on! Where's this ambition the club talk about. Just because we need players, don't mean we should just plump for anyone. Hope it's just papertalk. We need international players. And at least one marquee signing.

No real evidence to support the links, just paper talk you should ignore. They don't rate us as a club so will link us to the weaker players.

Players we are linked with is simply down to the media. Nothing to do with the clubs ambition. If you keep taking the bait the media will continue to throw garbage into the water. Just ignore it.

And the un ambitious board, lots of money in k/l pocket

Lovren hasn't gone yet, pretty certain if she wanted money in her pocket she would've had the higher offer from earlier accepted and rejected a lower offer. Stop believing everything you read and support your club.

This is all media speculation fuelled by smoke and mirror games from LFC. Saints will not give any information on transfer fees and this is a long term policy so just accept what information that is out there is only speculation until a final fee has been declared to the FA.

10 million is the lowest cardiff city will go for marshall so if we don't place a 10 million bit we will not stand a chance of getting him to saints I feel he is worth that money and we should get him but what's you say about 10 million for him.

Frankly it's not worth it. He's not as proven himself enough to be worth more than Lloris (£8million for Spurs) or Mingolet (£9million for Liverpool). He had a good season but we should not allow ourselves be held to ransom and overpay for players, leave that to the clubs sniffing around our goods.

I'd still prefer Forster. younger, cheaper and better

If we're talking goalies, what about Stekelenburg at Fulham? He's better than he showed at Fulham last year and he must be cheap.

If that's the case its too much. Move onto Forster.

Bear in mind Costa Rican Keylor Navas' buyout clause was only £8m and Colombian World Cup keeper David Ospina is available for around £3.5m - £10m for Marshall is a joke.

If they can't find anyone better for cheaper, they're not looking.

According to the Sunday Mirror Liverpool are set to take their summer spending close to £90m with the £20m capture of Dejan Lovren from Southampton. This really won't bother me if we can get Vlaar to replace him, but the board should stand their ground and hold out for £25 million if they want him so badly.

I see a few sources linking us with Tosic, Serbian left back playing in Turkey. He was in their league team of the season apparently. Anybody know anything about him?

He was on the bench for skates in cup game but never played a game for them he's played for weder bremen too
