I think we should make a move for falque who had a spellin loan at the club last year

Not needed, he's not a great player and we can do better.
There is a reason he couldn't get into our first team! Besides I imagine we can do alot better.
As he couldn't get into our first team in the championship, he will never get into our team in the prem.

these are players we should look to sign
gk-jack butland
cb-mike dawson
rm-jermain lens or matt phillips
Butland; over-priced, over-rated and just generally not up to the Premiership.
At this point I can't see Spurs letting Dawson go, he's working his way back to starting for them and is a key player now really.
As for the right mid role. Seeing as Blackpool are set to loose Tom Ince back to Liverpool I doubt they'll let Matt Phillips go and Jermaine Lens failed to materialise last time so I have my doubts.
Butland was if we didnt sign gazzaniga, i'd have thought. we decided to put a small investment in a young argentine and i think he's better than butland. harry maguire would be a solid defender to nurture for a bit, then him and stephens in a few years should start looking at a starting place, but for me id try sign lescott on loan, its far fetched but i believe we could pull off a short term loan with city still paying the majority of his wage, wingers id love to see a left sided player and a right sided one. on left id go for Will Hughes as back up for lallana when back fit, on the right id go for another youngster cos puncheon is in great form this season dont see the point in getting a better player at the min.
other possibe defenders: Shane Lowry and Kurt Zouma, ive seen a few Liverpool u21 games as well and their two defenders are solid as well, cant remember their names though.
id sell Guly and loan De ridder out and just see what hes like playing at a lower level every week to see if hes worth keeping, seaborne isnt good enough neither in all fairness
