I dont think gary hooper should sign for saints.. anyone who wants number 88 on his shirt, in my opinion does it to try and stand out and make themselves look bigger than the club.. and no one is bigger than southampton
I agree, its the same when ronaldiniho had 99.
So your saying just because Hooper wears the number '88' he shouldn't be signed, regardless of quality etc.
I think I've heard it all now, so players are going to be signed based on there shirt numbers in the transfer window now LOL, also whats the harm in having a random number its not exactly going to effect his performance in anyway just as long as he does his job well on the pitch.
