i have heard from harry redknapp that b'mth might have to ground share (with st marys being the only option) whilst they fill in the corners to up capacity from 12,000-18000

Redknapp said on TV a few weeks ago that Bournemouth plan to fill in the corners of the ground with seats that will bring capacity up to 18k. This won't be done in time for the start of the season, so there may be a chance (he was saying) that they need to find a ground for the first couple of months. Saints are only 20 miles down the road so people are assuming that 2 + 2 = 4. He also said that his knee hurt and that he couldn't walk!

There's no minimum ground capacity, as long as the ground is safe and an all seater it doesn't matter
