Southampton fans you are typical of English football fans in general , 12 months ago yous were in the 3rd tier of English football , Gary Hooper moved from Scunthorpe (2nd tier) to Celtic 18 months ago to play for a BIGGER club and win trophies and play in Europe every season , so can you tell me why he would want to swap all that to move to a 2nd tier club who may be lucky enough to get a season in the premiership , but will be relegation fodder who will win nothing , also Jos Hooiveld and Danny Fox (2 of your top players) are at Southampton because they were not good enough for Celtic , yous play in a league that has umpteen Celtic rejects playing starring roles at most clubs , so have a work with yourselves , Gary Hooper is playing with a HUGE club , winning trophies , playing in Europe , if he was 3rd rate he'd be playing for yous already .
Your only massive in scotland because of teams like inverness, st mirren etc in your leauge (even burton albion could beat them). if your team was a premier leauge club you would simply be a mid-table club.. so please, you are not a HUGE club as you only have 1 rival team to beat in rangers.. BORING
Ask big joos whos the bigger club! we could fit your wee ground into parkhead! green jhedi
Have a look at the euro records of celtic v any premier team you mug! small club, small brain! green jhedi
Celtic may be playing in a small league , but Celtic are a huge club with a worldwide fan base , if Celtic were in the Premiership they would be a top 4 club , for the simple reason that they are bigger , more famous and better supported than every ENGLISH club with the exception of Man Utd and at a push Liverpool , on a level playing field players would sign for Celtic before 99% of English teams and fine yous know it !
^^ haha who's this nutcase? Accrington stanley are better known than your abysmal team!
Remember how much of a big deal it was when celtic beat manchester united 1-0 in the european cup in 2006?
It was less of a big deal when a League 1 leeds side beat them by the same score in 2010. Does that tell you anything about your 'HUGE club' ?
If you and Rangers played in the English league you would be top of league one/bottom of championship at the most!

Help me out here - I'm trying to follow all this but I'm getting confused..... is it better to be a big fish in a small pond? A small fish in a big pond? Or a skate in deep water?
I know, I know...its nonsense.....should fit in well here then.
Que sera sera!
