I don't understand this Sundays cup tie with Ipswich Town as far as ticket allocation is concerned. They have been given the whole of the Northam Stand and by doing so giving them an almost home game atmosphere meaning our most patriotic and singing supporters have been literally booted out. How does that work and where are all the boys going to be, probably dotted around the stadium. It is going to be very strange sat in 34 of the Kingsland and looking to my left and seeing a sea of blue and white, just thank God they are not from just down the M27 !! What do you lot think ? I think it will a record gate though with no supporter separation and there are only a couple of hundred seats left.

Not long till the transfer window opens. Who do you think we need to sign? I would like to see Ryan and Toby signed up on full contracts along with an attacking midfielder/ playmaker as I don't think that Tadic is the player we all hoped for. I would also like to see another keeper to back up Fraser as I can't see Artur being brought back. Also we look very light in the Right side of defence when Clyne is out. Add in the new Dutch loanee and I think we would have a strong enough squad to keep challenging for a European place.

A goal scoring centre forward to play along side Pelle is essential.

Mentioned every position apart from that we desperately need. WE NEED A STRIKER!!!

But also don't forget we don't have cover for Forster, Or Clyne. Davies is not up to it and hasn't been for a while now. This is of course on top of the striker we so obviously need. Maybe the club feels that Cork when fit could fit in as full back when required!!

I didn't forget the striker. I just don't think that we'll get one after all we paid £12 million for Long to do that job plus Mane has started scoring and don't forget J Rod could be back fairly soon

RK has specifically stated he feels we have enough in defence. Fonte, Alderweireld, Gardos, Yoshida, Bertrand, Clyne, Targett and willing to play McCarthy aswell. Yoshi has played RB, Targett and Clyne have played LB. We have ample in defence. Yoshida looks like a new signing under RK!

RK has also stated our top priority is a striker. Pelle is our only out and out striker.

But we have paid big money to sign Long and Mane and J Rod hopefully back soon. Do we pay even more for another striker and let the others sit on the bench. Surely we need someone who can play decent balls in to the strikers. Pelle was scoring plenty when Tadic was playing well but since his form dropped Pelle's goals have dried up. It doesn't matter how many strikers we have, if the ball isn't played into them they won't score goals. I don't think that Tadic is half the player we hoped for. In fact I don't think he's any better than Gaston Ramirez and look where he is now.

Shane long is a grafter and a in your face hustler but will not get us many goals, and I can't see us getting much from J Rod this season - and he may never be the same player as before. We definitely need a option to Pelle and J Rhodes could be the one we so desperately need!

If RoKo wants to play 3 CBs, how do we do that with Yoshi away in the Asian Cup??
Suspect we will see someone brought in, especially if there is any uncertainty about Toby staying.

Anyone that thinks we don't need another striker is clueless. neither long or mane despite his form are out and out goalscoring strikers. they have different roles.
