hoping loren ansd lallana stay put
but why would saints want a liverpool flop beats me
if they still want to go make rodgers pay the full price saionts want or tell rodgers to get stuffed
but remember man city chelsea and utd will be much better next season but liverpool won't they had a lucky season last time it won't happen again

These are just rumours based on the idea of a swap deal for Lallana. No real evidence suggesting we have looked at Borini. Get the feeling these are just trying to increase the 'unsettled' (as the media would have you believe) nature of our club as of present.

Hi ED glad we got koeman, what's the latest on transfers incoming? Had corn or fonte been offered new deans?

Agree2 Disagree16

Borini is not up to Saints standards. Be great if Corky got offered a new deal, not bothered about Fonte. Maya is a more than capable deputy if we keep DL and sign another quality CB. Yes, we're all glad Koeman came, stop stating the obvious and asking inane questions.

Makes me laugh, why the hell would Southampton F. C want to sell lallana and lovren to receive a reduced fee and Borroni?

Borroni is simply not good enough! not good enough for liverpool so why the hell do they think he is good enough for the saints! makes me angry!

Or is is just bad journalism? making news that suits them! bloody hate them.

Don't think there is anything in this rumour. Borini is surplus to requirements up there so its just the media putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5.

I think Borini made the difference at Sunderland last year and he could actually play a Lallana role. He gave us all sorts of poblems when we played them and never let up trying.
I think he look skillful and had a good shot on him.

Slow news week, they've been told to stop blaming Rooney for England's world cup failures so they'll come up with any old rubbish to replace it. To be honest Liverpool may want to hold Borini this season, more options will do them good with European football to contend with as well. I think Saints eyes are looking elsewhere also.

Of suaraz keeps playing like that he will be at Real or Barca by the end of next season on EUR 250,000 a week

I'd take Borini for the right £££.
Seems to be a team player, can play wide & up top and can finish.

The Mirror's reporting that Koeman wants to sign David Marshall to provide competition for Boruc. Not sure on the legitimacy of this story but i'd take him, he was quite easily Cardiff's best player last season.

Marshall would not be competition for Boruc, Marshall would first choice every day of the week.

What we need to do, is sign that Mexican goalie Guillermo Ochoa. He has been an utter monster for a while and proved it against Brazil. Plus he is available on a free.

Hope woe get him
